Navidoxine Tablets 50Mg/25Mg are a combination medication containing doxylamine succinate (50 mg) and pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) (25 mg). It is commonly used to treat nausea and vomiting during pregnancy (morning sickness).It contains two active ingredients:
- Meclizine (50 mg): An antihistamine that helps reduce nausea and dizziness.
- Pyridoxine (25 mg): Vitamin B6, which is often used to treat nausea during pregnancy.
Uses:
- Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy (commonly prescribed for morning sickness).
- Vertigo or dizziness caused by inner ear problems.
- General nausea and motion sickness.
Dosage:
- Pregnancy-related nausea: Follow your doctor’s instructions. Generally, it is taken one to three times a day depending on severity.
- Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

- Blurred vision
- Rarely, allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling)
